To assess, understand, and act on key factors impacting trust and high performance within your specific team(s) follow these five steps. You can use this as on online resource or (give accurate instructions to) you can print and use this process with your team.
Step 1 Complete the assessment for the team in which you want to increase trust and performance.
Step 2 Review the executive brief on trust and read the executive brief on teams.
Step 3 Personally complete the Trust: 10: Questions for Leaders Action Plan form.
Step 4 Review the 10 Leader Tips for Building Trust, which is a short but essential building guide.
Step 5 Review the 7 Steps to Closure then complete a Closure Plan for each issue identified in this process.
